Blackerby’s Performance Hall is a unique space with a flexible layout and amenities curated to meet the needs of your event. It’s suited for a variety of events including rehearsals, performances, professional recordings, and group classes.

We are happy to work with clients of all types! Availability is not limited to musicians and music related events.
The use of our grand piano, projector, projector screen, green room, restrooms, reception/catering area, and full kitchen are free and available to all.

Blackerby Studios are available for private teachers and students looking to schedule single lessons, or blocks of time.
Our studios are located in a separate house adjacent to the performance hall, rental rates include a reception/catering area, private bathroom, and full kitchen for 3 independent teaching studios.
Private Teaching Studios
Day Rates (10AM - 4PM) | $12.00 /hr
Evening Rate (4PM - 8PM) | $15.00 /hr
